After that you pick a 14-day pass for $39 or a monthly plan for $59 per organisation, excl. VAT/sales tax. An annual plan is $590 per organisation per year, charged upfront, excl. VAT/sales tax.

One price rise, up to 250 templates: the $39 pass (excl. VAT/sales tax). It covers one organisation for 14 days from purchase, and it does not renew.
More than 250 templates, or price changes through the year: the $59 monthly plan (excl. VAT/sales tax). It has no template limit and you can cancel renewal any time.
Access for the year: $590 paid upfront per organisation (excl. VAT/sales tax), with unlimited templates and automatic yearly renewal until you cancel renewal. Save $118 compared with 12 monthly payments (excl. VAT/sales tax).

Each plan belongs to one organisation, so every button starts by connecting it. By connecting, you agree to the Terms and the Privacy policy.
What every plan includes
- The same safety design. Each template is saved, copied with the new prices, read back from Xero and compared, and only then is the original deleted. How that works.
- A preview before every run. Each line before and after, totals per currency, warnings, and the templates that will be skipped with the reason.
- A backup of every original. Encrypted in Repeatwise and downloadable as a JSON file.
- A report CSV when the job ends.
- Undo for 30 days. It does not use up the plan’s template allowance.
- The same skip rules. A paid plan does not make Repeatwise touch a template it would skip on the free one.
Limits, stated plainly
- Some templates are skipped. Those with file attachments, with a next run today or tomorrow (UTC), with an ended series, and the other cases listed on the home page. Skipped templates are listed with the reason so you can change them by hand.
- Existing templates only. Repeatwise changes the prices of repeating invoices that already exist in Xero. It does not create templates from a spreadsheet.
- The pass is for one organisation and for 14 days from purchase. It covers up to 250 templates changed. The monthly plan is priced per organisation, so two organisations on one sign-in are two plans.
- Speed depends on Xero. Xero allows 60 calls a minute per organisation and a daily cap. A job pauses near the cap and carries on the next day.
- Repeatwise is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Xero.
Billing details
- Currency
- US dollars. Your bank may convert at its own rate and add a fee.
- Taxes
- Prices exclude VAT and sales tax. Where tax applies, Paddle adds it at checkout and shows the total before you pay.
- Seller
- Paddle is the seller and merchant of record. It takes the payment, issues the invoice, and handles VAT and sales tax. The final amount is shown at checkout before you pay. Card details go to Paddle and never reach Repeatwise.
- Cancelling
- Cancel subscription renewal at any time using Manage payments and invoices in the app. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Refunds
- A pass can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if you have not changed any templates with it. Part of a subscription period that has begun is not refunded. Details are in the refund policy.
