Terms of service
The agreement between you and Atesen Software for the use of Repeatwise. Last updated 26 October 2026. These terms cover the service at repeatwise.atesensoftware.com.
These terms are written by the operator to describe how the service actually works. They are not legal advice. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you pay.
1. Who these terms are with
The service is provided by Samet Ateşen, trading as Atesen Software, Sakarya, Türkiye (“we”, “us”). “You” means the person using the service and, if you use it for an employer or a client, that organisation as well. You confirm you are allowed to act for them. By connecting an organisation you accept these terms.
2. What the service does
Repeatwise changes the prices on repeating sales invoices (recurring invoice templates) in the accounting organisation you connect, and only when you tell it to. It works through the Xero API, using the connection you authorise, and it does nothing outside the permissions you grant.
Xero’s API cannot edit a repeating invoice in place. It can create a template and delete a template. So for each template you have chosen, Repeatwise:
- saves the original template, encrypted;
- creates a new template with the same settings and the new prices, starting on the day the original would have run next;
- reads the new template back from Xero and compares it with the original field by field; and
- deletes the original only if the comparison matches. If it does not, Repeatwise deletes the new template and leaves the original untouched.
As a result the new template has a new ID in Xero. Invoices already created from the original template are not affected. The history notes of the original stay with the deleted original and are not copied.
Repeatwise skips a template, and lists it with the reason, when: it has file attachments; its next run is today or tomorrow (UTC), unless you use the advanced switch after its warning; its series has ended; it is a monthly template whose run day is not its start day; it has no lines, the rule would make a price negative, or Repeatwise cannot read its shape; a unit price on it has, or would get, more than 2 decimals (Xero’s API stores 2 when it re-creates a template); a CSV row no longer matches Xero; or someone changed the template in Xero between the preview and the run. Repeatwise does not copy attachments, which is why templates with attachments are skipped. Repeatwise also cannot copy the template’s Online Payments choice (for example PayPal), because Xero’s API has no field for it; the new template can show None, and you set it again in Xero.
3. Your selection and your confirmation
You choose the templates and the price rule, and you are responsible for that choice. Before any run, the service shows a preview listing each template, each line before and after, and the templates it will skip. To start the run you type the confirmation phrase REPRICE followed by the number of templates, and the number is checked. Doing so is your instruction to proceed.
You are responsible for checking the preview, for downloading the backup file, and for making sure the change is appropriate for your business, including any notice you owe your customers and any approval, lock date or audit policy that applies to you.
4. The original template is deleted
Deleting the original template in Xero is part of the service. Once a change succeeds, the original no longer exists in Xero. Repeatwise keeps a copy for 30 days so that you can download it and use Undo (clause 5). Undo creates another new template; it does not bring back the original ID or its history notes.
By typing the confirmation phrase you accept this for the templates listed in that preview.
5. Undo
- Undo is available for 30 days after a job. It re-creates each template with the old prices by the same steps: create, verify, delete.
- A template that someone edited after the job is skipped and listed, not overwritten.
- Undo does not use up your plan’s template allowance.
- After 30 days, and at once if you disconnect the organisation, the saved originals are deleted and Undo is no longer possible. Download the backup file if you want to keep a record.
6. Xero and no guarantee of its behaviour
Repeatwise depends on the Xero API. Xero sets call limits (per minute and per day), and may change, restrict or withdraw API features, or have outages. We do not control Xero and we do not guarantee how its API behaves. A job may pause, skip templates or fail because of that. Where a step cannot be verified, Repeatwise stops that template rather than guess, and reports it.
7. Your account and your conduct
- Keep your sign-in secure, and disconnect organisations you no longer work with.
- Do not use the service to break the law, to breach your agreement with Xero, or to change records you have no authority over.
- Do not try to get around limits, probe other customers’ data, or run automated load against the service beyond normal use.
8. Plans and payment
- Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle. Paddle is the seller and merchant of record for all orders. It takes the payment, issues the invoice, handles VAT and sales tax, and handles billing questions and refunds together with us.
- Prices exclude VAT and sales tax. Where tax applies, Paddle adds it at checkout and shows the total before you pay.
- Free: scan, list, CSV export and unlimited previews, and the first 5 templates you change in each organisation. It is provided as it is, with no commitment on either side, and we may change or end it at any time.
- Pass: $39 once (excl. VAT/sales tax), for one organisation, valid for 14 days from purchase, for up to 250 templates changed. It does not renew. Unused days and unused templates expire when the 14 days end.
- Monthly: $59 per organisation per month (excl. VAT/sales tax), charged in advance, with unlimited templates. It renews each month until you cancel renewal. Cancel renewal at any time using Manage payments and invoices in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal and the plan works until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part of a period that has begun.
- If a payment fails and is not fixed, access to the paid features stops.
- Annual: $590 per organisation per year (excl. VAT/sales tax), charged upfront, with unlimited templates. It renews automatically each year until you cancel renewal. Cancel renewal at any time using Manage payments and invoices in the app. Access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not refund part of a period that has begun.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal, and you may cancel before it.
- Refund of a pass: if you have not changed any templates with the pass, you may ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase and we will give it. Once the pass has been used to change templates it is not refundable. See the refund policy.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but we do not promise any particular uptime. We may take it down for maintenance, and we may stop a job or switch off job processing entirely if we believe that is needed to protect customer data.
10. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce a particular accounting outcome. Nothing here excludes a warranty that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profit, lost revenue, lost data or lost goodwill, however caused.
Our total liability to you, for all claims taken together, is limited to the total fees you actually paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. If you have paid us nothing, for example on the free plan, our total liability is limited to zero, and your remedy is to stop using the service.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
12. Your data
What we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
13. Termination
- By you: disconnect your organisations and stop using the service, at any time, for any reason. Cancel subscription renewal using Manage payments and invoices in the app, or contact support if you need help.
- By us: we may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, do not pay, or if we are required to by Xero or by law. Where it is reasonable, we will warn you first and give you time to fix the problem.
- On termination: jobs stop, tokens are deleted, and the retention periods in the privacy policy run their course. Fees already paid for a period that has begun are not refunded, except where clause 8 says otherwise.
- Clauses 4, 6, 10, 11 and 15 survive termination.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above changes, and for a material change we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that counts as acceptance. If you do not accept, cancel and stop using it.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Sakarya, Türkiye, have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may also bring a claim in the courts there.
16. General
- These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about the service.
- If a clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
- Not enforcing a clause once does not waive it.
- You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours if the business is sold, and will tell you.
- We are independent. Repeatwise is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Xero, and nothing in these terms makes us a partner or agent of Xero.
